Do I need to know anything about AI before starting?
Not at all. We begin by understanding your current way of working and explain everything in plain terms. Many of our clients had no prior experience with AI tools when we first spoke with them.
How long does each project take?
Each service has its own settled pace: Reply Helper Setup takes one to two weeks, Workflow Ease Support three to four weeks, and Simple Reports Setup four to six weeks. We do not rush the process because good outcomes need room to develop properly.
Can I start with just one service and add more later?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Reply Helper Setup to get comfortable with AI assistance, then return for Workflow Ease Support once they see how it fits their routine. Each service stands on its own.
What does the pricing include?
Each price covers the full scope described — discovery, setup, handover notes, and where applicable a check-in session. There are no hidden additions. What is quoted is what you pay. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
Will the AI tools continue working after you finish?
Yes. We choose tools that run independently and hand everything over with written notes so you or your team can manage things going forward. You are not reliant on us to keep the setup running.
How do you handle my business data?
We treat your data with care and discretion. Any information shared during the engagement is used solely to configure your setup and is not passed to third parties. Our approach follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2010).
