How Damai Tech Came to Be
Damai Tech started in Kuala Lumpur in 2021, when our founder noticed something that kept coming up: small business owners had heard about AI tools, wanted to try them, but felt that most consultants moved too fast and spoke in a language that didn't match their day-to-day lives.
The name "Damai" — Malay for peace or harmony — captures what we wanted the experience of adopting AI to feel like. Not disruptive. Not overwhelming. Just a thoughtful adjustment that makes your working week a little lighter.
We have worked with shop owners, service providers, small agencies, and family-run businesses across the Klang Valley. Each time, we start the same way: by listening to how a business actually runs before saying anything about tools.

Prices are quoted before work begins. There are no additions or surprises at the end. What is agreed is what is charged.
Owner-Verified Tools
We only introduce tools that have been reviewed for reliability and ease. We would not suggest anything we would not use ourselves.
Ongoing Accessibility
After a project closes, clients can still reach us with questions for 30 days — because questions often come once people start using their setup.
Ethical AI Use
We do not recommend tools that compromise customer data or generate content without human review. Thoughtful use of AI is central to how we work.
